- Ignatian spiritual direction is a process of accompaniment in which a spiritual director helps a directee discern God's will for their life
- The spiritual director does this by listening to the directee's story, praying with them, and helping them to see God's presence in their life. Meetings are one hour, typically once a month
- Ignatian spiritual direction can be a helpful tool for anyone who is seeking to grow in their relationship with God
- It can be especially helpful for people who are facing difficult decisions, who are struggling with spiritual doubts, or who are simply looking for a deeper connection with God
